We recently had the privilege to work with a young family who just relocated back to the Lone Star State from California. The family of four wanted to get back to their Texan roots with a southern style farm house.
While a traditional exterior, the home boasts a modern, efficient and functional interior. They wasted no time in making this house a home. While it’s nice to see perfectly manicured pictures, we actually love seeing that a family has 100% settled and already making memories.
The home features the latest in green technology for heating, cooling and lighting. Guests immediately notice the floating staircase upon entry. Space is maximized for purpose… and for the kids of course. The pool was adapted for both play and for exercise.
