The North Texas Land Grab
As mentioned in our inaugural blog post we have a variety of approaches to take with our clients as it relates to finding a place to build. One of which is to use land we currently own. We are so excited about several developments we have invested in. These are Oak Alley and Legacy North in Colleyville
We chose this area for several reasons. Firstly, as we work mostly with families, the area has an amazing 5A school district. It is super safe. DFW airport is a stones throw away without intercepting too much noise. Dallas Lovefield is just “down the road” and you can get to the heart of Dallas or Fort Worth within thirty minutes. If you’re into boating then Grapevine lake is next door with nearby Historic Grapevine Mainstreet. For those of you who like doing brunch and getting some shopping done without having to go into the city, you can pop into neighboring Southlake to Southlake Town Square and enjoy a stroll around and great food.
North Texas is exploding for a number of reasons and as such it is an amazing place to invest in. With that in mind, prime land is going fast!
